Terms of Service

We believe that everyone should have the chance to build an internet community without the burden of having to pay a monthly fee for hosting and server management. We also believe our hosted forums should uphold the integrity of our service by following these simple guidelines.

One Banner Spot

By hosting with us, you agree that you will keep the advertisement on the top of your forums. Any hostee found to have altered, or discarded this ad will be immediately expelled from our service, without warning.

Additional Ad Policy

You may, under no circumstances place an advertisement for another product or service on your forums. Our advertiser's contract requires exclusive showings on each forum. Our definition of advertisement includes any and all graphics, popups, popunders, and popins that sell a product or service in which you make a commission when the user views or clicks these ads. Once you build your community, if you should add a donations link, you'll find that if you offer a service people love, they may compensate you for the time and effort you took to build it.

Modifications

We permit the installation of modifications (hacks) on our hosted forums, but we must approve and install them ourselves. FTP access is not an option. Open a support ticket to request a modification.

Acceptible Forum Content

Free speech is important to us, so we'll let just about any type of forum in. However, there are some exceptions as to how far we will go. We will absolutely not host any forum based on the following topics:

• Warez / Piracy
• Pornography
• Illegal Conduct
• Derrogatory / Racial / Explicit Material
• Illegal Drug / Substance Use

We understand you cannot control the topics created under legitimate forums, and some of them may fall under the aforementioned categories, but we expect you to moderate the content of these forums regularly. Forums found to be in complete violation of these terms will be deleted immediately, without warning.

Board Deletion Policy

Our service is free, in the sense that we don't send you a bill. How we expect to be repaid is by charging you one post every sixty days. That will keep your board safe from deletion. If not, you're just using space on the server that is in turn building up with the space other inactive boards are using, until we have no room for new boards, and more importantly, we lose the right to call our service RapidBoards.
